Virtual Christmas Drinks – Thurs 17th Dec
Eat. Drink. Smoke. Vape.
Thursday 17th December 2020 from 6.00pm
If you haven't already done so, you have just over 24 hours to register to join us for a Friends of Forest Virtual Christmas Drinks party on Zoom tomorrow evening.
Hosted by Forest director Simon Clark and Rob Lyons (author of our 2020 report 'Prohibition: A bad idea that won't go away'), guests include Chris Snowdon (Institute of Economic Affairs), Patrick Basham (Democracy Institute), Brian Monteith (former MSP and MEP), Ian O'Doherty (columnist, Irish Independent), Elise Rasmussen (Tobacco Reporter) and John Mallon (Forest Ireland).
Also joining us will be vaping advocate Judy Gibson. Long-term supporters will be represented by the irrepressible Liz Barber and Pat Nurse. And from the United States we will be joined by musician Juliette Tworsey and smokers' rights campaigner Emily Wieja.
If you want to join in the conversation (or simply watch or listen) please register HERE before 5.30pm tomorrow, Thursday 17th December. You can join the meeting from 5.50 (the Zoom link will be sent in a separate email after you have registered) and the party will start at 6.00.
It's been an interesting year (to put it mildly) so expect a lively conversation and strong opinions. Oh, and bring your own refreshments!

We look forward to seeing you!
