F.I.R.S.T. Black Men of Texas





As Chairman West often points out, the Republican Party of Texas was
established, in part, by 150 Black men. To that end, I have researched this and
put together the following documentation of that foundation, as we launch the
F.I.R.S.T. Black Men of Texas initiative.
