John,

My family, like so many thousands of families across the country, has struggled emotionally and economically during the pandemic. But as a mixed-status family, we were excluded from every single federal COVID relief package.

Right now, over 16 million people who belong to mixed-status families are ineligible for COVID relief—and many of them are worrying about how they’ll make it through the holidays. It’s part of the reason I keep fighting—to make sure immigrant and mixed-status families like mine can keep their homes, and take care of their loved ones.
Tell Congress: Pass Relief, Recovery, & Citizenship for ALL

But our exclusion didn’t start during the pandemic. Immigrants have always been essential to our country, but for decades, we’ve been denied access to the same rights and privileges as our neighbors. It’s time for that to change. With a new administration, we have an opportunity to not only help immigrant families survive the pandemic, but to reverse Trump’s legacy and build a brighter future for over 11 million undocumented immigrants who call America home.

We need Congress to pass Freedom Together, which would provide a broad, inclusive path to citizenship, guarantee the full inclusion of all immigrants in economic recovery programs, and create a moratorium on immigrant deportation and enforcement.

But we can’t win this fight alone. We need your help! The election is behind us, but the fight to restore and expand immigrants’ rights is just beginning—join us by telling your Senator to pass Freedom Together!

None of us are free until we are ALL free.

In solidarity,

Diana Rodriguez
