Friend --

Progressive millennials across the country are sitting down to fill out their New Leaders Council application and answering the question, “What makes me a leader?”

Maybe it's their commitment to more equitable and just communities or support for progressive policies and laws or a commitment to providing services to those in need. Maybe it's the desire to do more, to learn more to become the community change agent you want and need to be.

For each NLC applicant, the answer to “What makes me a leader?” is different. But for all of our NLC fellows - past, present and FUTURE - it started with the NLC application.

Applications for the 2020 NLC Institute close October 1. Don’t miss your chance to define what kind of leader you will be.

Through NLC’s six-month, intensive training program, you will learn the skills necessary to make lasting community change. From fundraising to public speaking, from management to policy, the NLC Institute gives you the skills needed to run for public office, start a non-profit, or launch a business. It helps you define your why.

Applications are open until October 1. Don’t miss your chance to apply.

Onward,

New Leaders Council
