It was great seeing so many of you at yesterday's Climate Strike! I was amazed to see how many people came out not only in Greenville, but all across the world.
This fight can't stop here, and if you send me to Congress I will ensure that as a nation we take real, meaningful steps to end this climate crisis. That doesn't just mean banning plastic bags or straws; it means holding corporations accountable for the damage they are doing to our environment.
The truth is, we're running out of time. If we don't act soon, the climate crisis will reach a point of no return. I want to make sure that our planet is a safe place for my daughters, and I know that you all feel the same. We have to start electing people who will fight for our planet now.
