The Department of Justice has been investigating Hunter Biden and his dealings with China since 2018, but the liberal media suppressed this story before the elections, and the Big Tech companies silenced anyone who raised these concerns.

It was a clear example of censorship and a gross abuse of power by the social media platforms.

These companies benefit from an implicit financial subsidy found in Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which provides companies such as Twitter, Facebook, Google, and YouTube with special protections from liability.

To hold these companies accountable and protect free speech in this country, Congress must repeal Sec. 230 now!

As collective gatekeepers of the virtual town square, the major Big Tech companies exercise unprecedented control over speech, information gathering, market access, and independent thought.

Their actions leading up to and after the 2020 election suppressed news stories critical of Joe Biden, flagged and censored tweets and posts by President Trump, his staff, and civic leaders, and continue to distort the flow of information to the American public.

It's time to end Big Tech's big subsidy. ([link removed])

As long as these companies engage in rampant viewpoint bias, they are no longer deserving of the legal privilege that lets them play by a different set of rules than other media companies.
