It's official. The Electoral College met and certified what we’ve already known for well over a month, that Joe Biden is the 46th President of the United States.

In 2021, we’ll have to support Joe Biden and Kamala Harris through their first hundred days and beyond. President Biden has his work cut out for him, from the economy and the pandemic to undoing the Trump administration’s damage.

While we celebrate President Biden’s and Vice President Harris’ victory, our work at Fight for Progress continues. We must rally behind other progressive candidates for governor and state legislative seats across the country. There are no off years when the stakes are this high.
