Already this week, thousands of you signed our petition telling the House of Representatives to impeach Kavanaugh now. One day later, Rep. Ayanna Pressley introduced a resolution calling for an impeachment inquiry to begin. That’s not a coincidence — progressives demanded action and Congress is listening.

Demand Justice is leading the battle to take back our courts, and we promise to keep up the fight to remove Kavanaugh from the bench — but that takes resources. Will you help us hold Kavanaugh and all of Trump’s judges accountable by supporting Demand Justice today?

We all agree that Kavanaugh should never have been confirmed — that’s why Demand Justice has been fighting him since he was nominated. We demanded that Senators get real answers about his activities in the Bush White House and called out the FBI’s failure to even interview the multiple witnesses who came forward to corroborate Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez’s accusations of sexual assault. And, right now, we’re making sure Kavanaugh does not get away with lying to America while under oath.

We’ve been calling on House Democrats to investigate Kavanaugh since last year and led a coalition letter in April. We need to know how his hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt mysteriously vanished. We need to know what’s in the stacks of documents Republicans hid from their colleagues — and all of us — detailing Kavanaugh’s doings in the Bush White House.

To put it plainly: having Brett Kavanaugh sit on the Supreme Court amid these ethics questions is a threat to our democracy, and he needs to be impeached.
