The death penalty has no place in our society. On Thursday, December 10th,
Brandon Bernard was executed after being sentenced as a teenager — he was
40 years old at the time of his execution.

Brandon was the second execution under the Trump administration since
Election Day, and just one day later another Black man, Alfred Bourgeois,
became the third.

There are three more executions scheduled to happen before Joe Biden and
Kamala Harris assume office. We cannot allow this draconian practice to
continue — we must abolish the death penalty once and for all.

representative to co-sponsor Rep. Ayanna Pressley’s bill H.R. 4052 to end
the death penalty on the federal level?

The death penalty is not justice and it never will be. The death penalty
is a devastating tool of oppression and it has no place in our society.

Since its inception, the death penalty has been marked by racial bias,
wrongful convictions, and disproportionate impacts on the most vulnerable.
It is cruel and ineffective at protecting public safety.

representative in support of H.R. 4052. Our digital tool makes sure you

Together we can stop the death penalty.

In solidarity,

Ro
