POLITICO: “A federal judge has closed the four-year-old criminal case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn, acknowledging the pardon that President Donald Trump issued last week to the only Trump administration official charged in special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.”

Since the beginning, we’ve warned that Donald Trump will continue to go scorched-earth during this lame-duck period, and we needed to be on high alert. Now, he’s using unjust pardons to rally his base in Georgia. There’s no dampening their enthusiasm for whatever comes out of his mouth -- but we know that matters of justice like this shouldn’t be used to score political points.

friend -- make no mistake: Trump is on his way out of White House, but if we lose these Georgia runoffs, the GOP’s egregious abuses of power will continue to thrive under Mitch McConnell’s tyrannical reign as Senate Majority Leader.

 

friend. We are in dark times right now -- but thankfully, most Americans recognize this too, and now we're about to usher in a historic presidency come January 20. But to stamp out this corruption and pass their legislative agenda, Democrats NEED a majority in the Senate.
