John,
History was made this year as Georgia voters turned out in RECORD NUMBERS despite a raging global pandemic, widespread voter suppression and election misinformation.
But now we need to do it again. It’s going to take a MASSIVE outreach effort to keep folks engaged and get them back to the polls on January 5th, ESPECIALLY as COVID-19 cases spike and families continue to struggle without relief.
Can you rush an urgent $25 donation today to help support an unprecedented women of color voter turnout program in Georgia leading up to the run-off on January 5th?
If you've saved your payment information with FastAction, your donation will go through immediately.
Ahead of the general election, Georgia We Dream in Black members helped educate and register thousands of voters in Fulton, Clayton, Bibb and Peach counties both in person and online once COVID-19 hit. And now, our Georgia team is deep in the throes of another historic voter education effort -- making calls, registering new voters, and getting people to the polls -- to ensure the voices of women of color voters are heard during the Georgia runoff elections on January 5th. But we can’t do it without you!
Would you chip in $25 today to help us reach women of color voters and ensure their voices are heard in Georgia?
For generations, domestic workers, Black women, and women of color have fought for the right to be heard, to be treated with dignity and respect. This year was no different -- more voters than ever before showed up during an incredibly intensive election period to make their voices heard. Our efforts have been history making and have made one thing crystal clear: when we organize and build power together, we are unstoppable. As voters once again head to the polls, help us build up voter registration and protection efforts to ensure women of color voters' voices are heard on January 5th.
Thank you for all you do,
Jacklyn Izsraael, Georgia State Organizing Director
