- We’re providing timely facts and objective information. The pandemic and related recession have hit California hard. Our blog series on COVID-19 has explored its multiple effects, from struggling small businesses to families dealing with food scarcity.
- We’re focusing on the people facing the greatest challenges. PPIC experts have examined barriers to opportunity across our state and analyzed long-standing racial and ethnic disparities in key policy areas, from education to criminal justice.
- We’re offering numerous opportunities to learn and engage. Our virtual events convene diverse stakeholders, encourage constructive discussion about difficult issues, and share that dialogue with a broad audience.
