We don’t know what’s going to happen with the Texas lawsuit or any other legal challenges to the stolen election, but it wouldn’t hurt to start putting the pressure on these so-called Republican legislatures. There is a chance that the legislatures of these states will be the ones to choose the electors that will vote in the Electoral College. If that’s the case, we must flood their offices with the demand that they choose Trump electors based on the obvious fraud that occurred. We’ve already seen reports that some Republican legislators saying they are worried about doing the right thing because of threats of left-wing violence, so we need to start putting the pressure on them now. Legislatures may or may not be adjourned right now, but you can usually still speak to an admin or leave a message.

Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I’m calling from [Your City, State] to demand that if, as according to Article II of the Constitution, the decision to assign electors falls to you, that you assign electors to President Trump, no matter what the threats are from the radical left. There is ample proof of massive fraud in targeted areas and states that stole the election, and allowing the fraud to stand will disenfranchise the tens of millions of legal, legitimate voters who will never again trust the integrity of our elections. Do the right thing if the decision ends up in the legislature, and assign electors to Trump. Thank you.

This week, as we are now in winter, it would be a good time to learn about the winter of 1777-1778 at Valley Forge, during the Revolutionary War.

 

There is a wonderful write-up and short, 4-minute video describing what that winter was like for the Continental Army that kids of many ages would find interesting linked below. Additionally, there is a longer, nearly 30-minute mini-movie about the winter at Valley Forge linked below, and again, would likely be interesting to kids (and adults!) of many ages.

 

The longer video is titled, “The Winter Patriots: A Revolutionary War Tale,” and is a good reminder of what so many patriots went through for liberty and freedom over the winter (and many years). We are in winter now, and we face an uphill battle, yet again, for liberty and freedom in America. Use this lesson to help your kids or grandkids (and yourself) to take heart and keep fighting.
