Hi there,

Earlier this month, Greta Thunberg led a climate protest outside of the White House as part of her "Fridays for the Future," a school strike to demand action on climate change.

1,500 fellow students and climate activists marched alongside Thunberg chanting: "You can't breathe money, you can't drink oil," outside the gates.

Yesterday, millions of students participated in a global climate strike, and today, Greta is at the U.N. Climate Action Summit in New York City leading protests. She's scheduled to speak at a conference later this week.

Listen, Greta was inspired to do something to mitigate the climate crisis after students at Parkland and across the country mobilized to end gun violence. Now, she's dominating the national conversation and saying the inaction on climate change will be regarded "as one of the greatest failures of humankind."
