Kelly Loeffler (R) – which means we're on the verge of making history by electing Georgia's first-ever Black senator. But with experts reporting that this race will be decided in part by "how independents swing," Mitch McConnell and the GOP are spending $100 MILLION to reach undecided voters before we do and keep this seat red.
