Mary Gay and our team have been playing close attention to the election cases Pennsylvania Republicans have brought to the lower courts -- and we wanted to give you an update.

The PA GOP, including those in our congressional delegation, spent the weeks following the November 3 election trying to invalidate the results, but their lawsuits have been dismissed by the courts.

The election results have been certified throughout the state, and Joe Biden has been declared the winner in Pennsylvania by more than 80,000 votes. While outgoing President Trump and his allies may continue to attempt to mislead voters, we want to make it clear that our team condemns these inaccurate claims.
