Elaine's been joining with Democrats across VA-02 to celebrate our victories up and down the ballot and gear up for the work ahead in 2021!

UPDATES FROM WASHINGTON

With your support, Elaine's been working to get real results for hardworking Coastal Virginians in the House. Here's a recap of some of what we've accomplished together:

- Voted for historic reform legislation to decriminalize marijuana on the federal level
- Voted for the National Apprenticeship Act of 2020 which would create nearly one million new employment opportunities over the next five years
- Participated in a House Committee on Veterans Affairs hearing on modernizing veteran eligibility for care, especially for those affected by toxic exposures
- Successfully advocated for USDA to reestablish a Rural Development Specialist to assist Eastern Shore residents with critical housing issues
- Announced a four-month bipartisan COVID-19 emergency relief framework with the Problem Solvers Caucus that will prioritize support for families, students, small businesses, and health care providers
