Dear John,
I am thrilled to announce that my latest piece of medical writing is published. It’s called Mind/Body Medicine and The Prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease.

It’s part of the series in Integrative Medicine by Dr. Andrew Weil of the University of Arizona and is published by Oxford Press.

In the chapter, I cover how stress kills your memory and how various aspects of mind/body medicine, from the basic relaxation response to Tai Chi, yoga, and meditation help prevent cognitive decline.

Of course, I also covered in great detail our breakthrough, scientifically-proven research on Kirtan Kriya– our simple 12-minute singing memory meditation.

I concluded the piece with our latest creation, what I call The Evolution Revolution. That is when we develop high levels of psychological and spiritual wellbeing, which decreases many of the risk factors for the development of Alzheimer’s disease.

Indeed, one measure by itself – having a purpose in life – prevents Alzheimer’s on its own.

Of course, I ended the piece by discussing our latest work on what I call Spiritual Fitness, which is when we develop 4 new significant aspects of Alzheimer’s prevention.

I ended my chapter by quoting Sir Paul McCartney from the song The End on The Abbey Road album where he sang, “And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.”

As we get ready to move forward into 2021, let’s all take a moment to reflect on how we can bring more love, peace, and healing into our lives.

And, please remember that all our work depends on donations from people just like you. We appreciate your support. Even $1 will help. Here’s how you can make a difference now.
