As Attorney General, my job is to uphold the rule of law and protect Washingtonians from powerful interests who don’t play by the rules. That job never stops — what does, however, is my ability to ask for your financial support.
That’s because starting tonight at midnight, Washington law requires a mandatory “freeze” on all fundraising for as long as the legislature is in session. Until then, we are unable to accept even $1 of contributions.
That’s why I’m asking if you’ll consider making a contribution before the freeze goes into effect at midnight tonight. This is my last request for financial support until spring 2021.

I don’t accept money from corporations. In fact, I’m the only statewide official who refuses to do so. Instead, I'm proud to rely on your grassroots support — but that means it takes longer to raise the dollars we need. So we have to act fast, especially with the fundraising freeze looming.
Any gift made after midnight tonight must be returned. That’s why it’s so important to give now, if you can. There will be no exceptions after midnight tonight: https://go.bobferguson.com/a/pre-freeze
I appreciate all the help you’ve generously given along the way, and I promise to continue the important work of protecting Washingtonians for as long as I have the honor of serving as your Attorney General.

Thank you,
