Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is in the news again this week. You might have seen the headlines about his attempt to silence millions of voters in an effort to steal the 2020 election -- and try to secure himself a presidential pardon from Trump amidst his latest round of scandals.

Here's what happened: on Tuesday, he filed a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin alleging they exploited the pandemic in an effort to skew the 2020 election. He says this as the man who actively restricted absentee voting in Texas -- during that same pandemic.

Fortunately for democracy, the Supreme Court denied the case for "lack of standing" tonight. But Paxton is still in a position to dilute the vote of hundreds of thousands of Texan voters.

A.G. Paxton should not be trusted with the responsibility of redistricting -- yet as Attorney General, he holds a seat on the Texas Legislative Redistricting Board and could be decisive in how state legislature districts are drawn. He has a history of subverting democracy in Texas. He now tried to silence millions of voters in four key battleground states -- even though all 50 states and Washington DC have certified their election results. He needs to resign.

Add your name to call for A.G. Paxton's resignation. Filing a lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court to throw out votes in states outside his jurisdiction is a flagrant anti-democratic act and should disqualify him from holding the office of Texas Attorney General and a seat on the Texas Legislative Redistricting Board.
