I knew the musical Hamilton was going to be life-changing from the moment I heard the music. What an honor it was to portray Eliza Hamilton. The show has inspired so many people over the years, including myself. Now, my fellow cast members and I are working to harness that inspiration at a critical moment for our nation.

Mitch McConnell's behavior as Senate majority leader has made it clear: A better path forward for our country depends on Democrats taking back the Senate. Whether or not we achieve that will all come down to Georgia's two runoff elections on Jan. 5. History is happening in Georgia. 

That's why the original cast of Hamilton is hosting a virtual grassroots fundraiser in support of Reverend Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, and I'm personally inviting you to join us: Will you pitch in any amount now to join this livestream event on Dec. 13 at 8:30 p.m.? Whatever you can give will help these incredible candidates win and flip the Senate blue.
