Tell Congress that Internet access must be an essential part of pandemic relief
John
Right now, Congress has the ability to pass a bill that will provide a temporary $50/month to families all across America who are struggling to afford Internet access during the COVID-19 pandemic.1 For these people, Internet access isn’t a luxury; it’s essential for school, work, and medical care.2
The House of Representatives already passed a bill that includes emergency assistance to provide Internet access for struggling households, and a bipartisan group of Senators are negotiating another round of COVID-19 relief. But they need to hear from millions of people just like you and me to make sure that this important provision for Internet access is included in their bill.
That’s why Fight for the Future has teamed up with Consumer Reports to double our impact and get this emergency assistance included in the final Senate bill. Together, we can make sure that millions of people in America stay connected to the Internet during this difficult time.
