*Governor Parson's Schedule for December 14 - 17, 2020*

*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO)* Next week, Governor Mike Parson will attend various meetings and events across the state, including several events highlighting Missouri's economic development initiatives. He will also hold official meetings with cabinet members, local leaders, health care partners, and religious leaders, among others.

Governor Parson will hold *one briefing* on* Wednesday, December 16* at *3:30 p.m.* to provide an update on current events in Missouri. The briefing will be live-streamed on Governor Parson's Facebook Page [ [link removed] ]. [ [link removed] ]

On *Monday*, *December 14*, Governor Parson will attend a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Olen Howard Workforce Innovation Center at State Fair Community College in Sedalia. He will also sign Certificates of Acquisition certifying an abstract of votes cast during the November 3 General Election in preparation of the meeting of Missouri's Electoral College members.

On *Tuesday*, *December 15*, Governor Parson will attend a signing ceremony for the one-year probationarylicense for the new Lincoln University Police Academy as well as a virtual meeting of the Missouri Major Metro Coalition.

On *Wednesday*, *December 16*, Governor Parson will attend a virtual meeting of the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Council.

On *Thursday*, *December 17*, Governor Parson will visit the La-Z-Boy facility in Neosho and attend a ribbon cutting event for a new manufacturing company expansion in Monett. He will also travel to Springfield to attend the McQueary Health Science Hall dedication ceremony at Missouri State University.
