Hey, friend -- I wanted to let you in on what extreme conservatives are up to in the states while national politics continue to dominate the airwaves.

Lame-duck state legislators are using their gerrymandered supermajority to pass extreme anti-choice bills and to loosen restrictions on dangerous firearms. I don't think you need me to tell you that providing much-needed COVID-19 relief during this public health emergency would be a better use of their time.

This is what happens when politicians are allowed to draw themselves into power that they don't win at the ballot box.

I work with All On The Line so I can stop map manipulators in my home state from undemocratically holding onto power. Can you chip in so we can win this fight across the country?

The number of COVID-19 cases in Ohio is climbing. But some politicians here apparently don't have time to tackle this looming crisis -- they are too busy advancing their extreme agenda and passing absurd (and unpopular!) bills.

The Ohio legislature has rammed through an extreme anti-abortion bill that's headed to Gov. DeWine's desk and another bill that would limit access to reproductive telehealth is quickly making its way through the legislature. They're also currently considering an outrageous bill that weakens protections against automatic weapons.

How many bills are they considering for COVID-19 relief? Zero. And when they even dared to consider passing bills relating to the pandemic, it was legislation to allow businesses to opt-out of mask mandates and to limit what the governor and health director can do during pandemics to protect people.

What's happening in Ohio right now is absurd and a prime example of why we must end map manipulation during the redistricting process. The All On The Line team is working to end gerrymandering -- but it'll take a village. Will you chip in $15 right now to support our work?
