Friend --
By now we’re pretty used to being ignored by the mainstream media.
- After hitting both requirements for the 2nd and 3rd debate stage? Crickets.
- After placing 4th in an Emerson poll of California Democratic primary voters? Crickets.
- After polling at 4% nationally in a new NBC / Wall Street Journal poll? Crickets.
But now we saw an article that said we are getting too much media attention. Give us a break.
The media can try to dismiss us all they want, but the numbers don’t lie. Math is math.
Soon our fundraising numbers will be public, so let’s show them what this campaign is truly made of -- grassroots donors like you. Pitch in $5 or more before our end-of-quarter deadline so everyone can see how people-powered this campaign is.
Just look at this chart that shows how little speaking time Andrew was given during the debate last week:
This is why we’re relying on you, friend.
If we can hit our end-of-quarter goal, we will send a message that speaks louder than a few missed minutes at a debate. If our Q3 fundraising haul is big enough, we will show we can keep pace with mega-donor funded establishment candidates, and journalists won’t be able to ignore us.
We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
Thank you,
Yang2020
Our end-of-quarter deadline is approaching fast, and after that our fundraising numbers will go public for the world to see. Donate now so we can show everyone how powerful this movement is.
