Have you heard about Newsmax and One America News?

They're both far-right news outlets that have been gaining traction in the wake of the presidential election. On their shows, hosts live in Donald Trump's favorite alternate reality where the election was fraudulent and rigged and Biden isn't the rightful president-elect.

Most of us see through Trump's relentless drivel about the integrity of this year's election -- after all, more than 80 million of us voted him out -- but for his supporters and Americans still on the fence, these news outlets pose a real threat as they function both as a haven for right-wing extremism and a force of mass manipulation.

And disturbingly, all indications point to these sources gaining prominence from here on out: CNN reported that Newsmax TV recently "notched a ratings win over Fox News Channel for the very first time," when "Greg Kelly Reports" narrowly out-rated "The Story with Martha MacCallum."

We can't allow Trump's egotistical conspiracy theories to persist after he leaves the White House. When Democrats Turn Out is committed to protecting the integrity of our democracy by dispelling Trump and his allies' lies and making sure the truth (that the presidential election was completely safe and secure) is known.
