You may have noticed that we haven't sent very many emails in the last several days. Traditionally, we'd be turning our focus toward end-of-year fundraising — but with two critical Senate runoffs in Georgia and a new session of Congress on the horizon, it has been all hands on deck at Jayapal HQ.

This is urgent and necessary work as we lay out the next steps for our progressive movement. But it also means that we're running noticeably short of our fundraising projections for the month, which also marks the deadline for another important FEC quarter.

Some members of Congress just call up special interest donors when they're falling short of their make-or-break goal.
