Earlier this week, Lee asked if you thought our elections were secure. Over 80% of those who responded agreed with Lee that more needs to be done to secure ballot integrity.

No matter the circumstances, we cannot accept flaws in our electoral process. We must strengthen ballot integrity to preserve trust in our democracy.

Just yesterday, Lee joined with 125 other members of Congress signing a brief encouraging the Supreme Court to hear the case recently filed by Texas.

Additionally, to improve election integrity, Lee believes all states should have laws that:

✅ Require valid voter ID

✅ Require signature verification with campaigns having the right to actively participate in the review

✅ Give campaigns the ability to closely observe the opening of ballots

✅ Ensure ELIGIBLE individuals only vote ONCE
