Dear John,
The Trump Administration keeps brazenly rolling back environmental protections
on its way out the door. This time migratory birds are at risk. Take action now to stop Trump from harming migratory birds.

The fossil fuel industry, construction firms, land developers, and other giant
corporations kill up to a billion birds each year. If Trump gets his way, they
will not have to face consequences.
Trump knows he only has a few weeks left to push this giveaway to Big Oil
through. So he’s failing to allow the public the opportunity to comment. We need
your help, John, to push Congress to stop him.
Demand your legislators take action to protect migratory birds.

Judge Valerie Caproni wrote “It is not only a sin to kill a mockingbird, it is
also a crime... But if the Department of the Interior has its way, many
mockingbirds and other migratory birds that delight people and support
ecosystems throughout the country will be killed without legal consequence."
Up to a billion migratory birds each year are electrocuted, poisoned, or killed
in oil pits, power lines, wind turbines, and collisions with buildings. Now, the Trump Administration is trying to strip away some of the only
consequences for Big Polluters when they decimate migratory birds.
This is not only illegal, but also cruel. Birds are already becoming scarcer in
our skies. Now is the time to protect them, not to relax the rules on killing
them.
Take action to stop the Trump Administration from killing more migrant birds.

proposal from members of Congress, tribal governments, sportsmen, birdwatchers,
and scientists. But it keeps pressing forward.
The administration wants to make it so corporations are not responsible for
their environmental destruction. By stripping these protections, the Trump Administration is attempting to allow
the fossil fuel industry to harm of our wild places and communities and make it
easier for polluters to drill and spill without consequence.
We need your help, John, to protect migratory birds
from mega-corporations and polluters.
Sign now: Demand Congress take action to protect migratory birds from Big
Polluters.
