Cosmetics Survey

Are you a girl or femme-identifying person of color?

Are you between 13-17 years of age?

Do you live in Northern Manhattan?

As a part of our Beauty Inside Out campaign, we are conducting a survey of girls and femme-identifying people of color between 13-17 years of age that live in Northern Manhattan (West Harlem, Central Harlem, East Harlem, Inwood, and Washington Heights). The survey will help us better understand how girls and femme-identifying people of color use and feel about certain cosmetic products and how this might affect their health.

The survey takes 15-20 minutes, and respondents who complete the survey will also receive a $6 Subway Restaurant gift card. If you are between the ages of 13-17, parental permission is required.

If you are interested in participating, please complete this Google form. Once the form is completed, a parent/legal guardian will be contacted, and you will be informed of the next steps.

UC Davis COVID-19 Worker Survey

Take This Survey of Workers Impacted by COVID-19

The Environmental Health Science Center at the University of California-Davis is conducting research through an online survey to learn about the impacts of COVID-19. Specifically, they want to understand how workers have been affected, including those on the frontline, working remotely, laid off, experienced disruptions, or unable to continue with their previous work for whatever reasons. This independent research project is funded by the National Institutes of Health and aims to learn what keeps workers safer and more resilient on and off the job during the pandemic. Please consider participating in this online survey or share it with others who might be interested. Take the Survey
