My opponent Jim Bognet still refuses to concede the election, and he has helped lead the charge to overturn the election results.

He personally filed Jim Bognet vs. Kathy Boockvar — a lawsuit to toss out any mail-in ballots that are received after Election Day. The courts dismissed this lawsuit, but even if it had prevailed, it applied to so few ballots that it wouldn’t have changed any result.

Now Jim Bognet says he is “praying” for the Supreme Court to overturn the election and declare him and President Trump the winners.

My team is watching this situation very closely and we will make sure every single vote stays counted. But it’s very concerning what this effort says about the Republican Party and the lows they are willing to go to in order to win.
