John,

Donald Trump has raised over $150 million to support his false election fraud claims -- and according to The Washington Post, the contributions are pouring in “from thousands of grass-roots donors across the country.”

Trump’s baseless claims seem to be working, not only to preemptively undermine the Biden-Harris administration -- a Reuters poll found that over half of Republicans don’t believe Biden rightfully won -- but also to secure his post-presidency influence.

Per The Washington Post, “much of the money raised since the election is likely to go into an account for the president to use on political activities after he leaves office.”

We all know Donald Trump is a raging narcissist, and that his claims likely won’t amount to overturning the election results. But the true cost of Trump’s misinformation will be in how Americans perceive the issue, and we’re concerned by the powerful grassroots support he has amassed. That’s why today, as we prepare to start fresh with a new administration, we need to know if you’re buying the story Trump is selling. Please, tell us now:

Do you believe Trump’s election fraud claims?

YES   NO

Thank you so much for taking our poll today.
