A lot of people don't know this, but we're one of the very few state parties in the country running a year-round field program called Project 83.
We don't believe in trying to reach voters at the last minute before an election, so we're constantly working with down-ballot candidates and communicating with undecided voters about their priorities.
When we first launched Project 83, a lot of political operatives didn't think we could pull it off. They said it was too expensive to staff and too challenging to keep people engaged. But
we didn't win in November just because of our efforts in September or October, but because of years of effort building an infrastructure to fight for every last vote in all 83 of Michigan's counties.
You and every member of this team made that happen -- and I hope you're proud of this historic accomplishment and ready for the fights ahead. So, I'm asking: Will you chip in $10 or more to keep our field operation fully funded year-round?
