Friend, here's a quick update on the Republican AGs lawsuit to hand the presidential election over to Donald Trump:

FORBES: "106 House Republicans Support Trump-Backed Lawsuit To Overturn Election"

I know we sent an email this morning, but this is too important to sit on the sidelines for. And here's the simple reason why:

A majority of Republican AGs - and now, House Republicans - are openly violating their oath of office, because they are upset that the results of an election didn't go in their favor.

Luckily, Democratic AGs are fighting back. A coalition of 24 Dem AGs have fired back to oppose these attempts to overturn the election.

Now more than ever, Democratic AGs need your support. Will you make a $5 donation to help us elect more Dem AGs who will fight to protect our democracy?

Look, Republicans will continue to openly attack our democracy unless we win at the ballot box. We need to elect more Dem AGs who will stand up for our families, communities, and nation.

There are 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2021 and 2022, and we know we can win if we make early investments, because that's how we re-elected all of our Democratic AGs in 2020.

11 of the 18 states where Republican AGs filed this lawsuit to hand the presidential election over to Donald Trump are up in 2022. Can you help us make early investments to elect Dem AGs in these seats with a $5 donation now?

Thank you for your support as we fight back against these attacks on our democracy.
