Dear John,

This year has been unusual for many of
us. We've all had the opportunity to focus on what matters most, like
staying safe, keeping healthy - and the strength of community.

At the Alzheimer's Association,
because of people like you, we're a caring community. Our supporters
and advocates come from all 50 states and from cities and towns just
like yours. And we believe no one should have to face Alzheimer's
alone.

I know you share this commitment.
You've shown that through your interest in our work.

I believe our work matters deeply to
you, which is why I'm asking you to please make a holiday gift now
while it can be matched 2X up to $100,000 until December 14.

Dr. Ellen H. Yankellow and Mr. William
Chapman have agreed to match all gifts made to this challenge, up to
$100,000 - but only if we can raise the same amount by December
14. Their gift will support critical Alzheimer's research, while your
gift will help to provide care and support and advance research.

Taking part in our $100,000 Matching
Gift Challenge means:

* Supporting 590 best-of-field research projects in 31 countries
- because it'll take all of us working together to end
this devastating disease.
* Ensuring that whether someone reaches out in the middle of the
night or the middle of the day, they can find the resources and
support they need and connect with master's-level clinicians via
our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900).
* Fighting for federal and state policies that will support those
living with Alzheimer's and their dedicated caregivers.
