At Santa Clara University, a conservative group was denied official recogni=
tion by the school because administrators said the group would make some st=
udents feel =E2=80=9Cunsafe.=E2=80=9D
Campus police at the College of DuPage in Illinois told conservative studen=
ts they=E2=80=99d =E2=80=9Clock them up=E2=80=9D for collecting petition si=
gnatures and handing out copies of the U.S. Constitution.
At Purdue University in Indiana, a staffer called conservatives =E2=80=9Cvi=
le, racist idiots=E2=80=9D and threatened to rape pro-life students.
On other campuses, conservative groups have been relegated to miniscule =E2=
