A new national youth vaping prevention curriculum gives young people the facts about e-cigarettes and offers resources to quit

In an effort to educate America’s youth about the health dangers of e-cigarette usage and reverse the continuing vaping epidemic, Truth Initiative and Kaiser Permanente, in collaboration with the American Heart Association, launched a national youth vaping prevention curriculum called Vaping: Know the truth. Learn more about the digital course developed as part of Truth Initiative’s nationally recognized youth anti-vaping truth campaign, which includes resources for students already vaping to quit through its text message program, This is Quitting.

Nearly half of current tobacco users reported workplace vaping as a trigger for smoking and vaping, according to a new EX Program Study

A new EX Program study published by the Journal of Occupational & Environmental Medicine found that among current tobacco users, nearly half reported workplace vaping was a trigger for smoking and vaping. The study also found that a gap exists between desired support for vaping cessation and current employer-sponsored cessation programs.
