The deceptively-named Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act eliminates country caps on migration. The Act is heavily touted by the Indian lobby and Big Tech.

"Vote Republican or we’ll lose the Senate!" they say, when the truth is, "Vote for mass immigration no matter what party you’re on, and we’ll lose the country."

Some of this must be due to the economy’s recovery, even if fitful, sucking in foreign workers. However, it may also the anticipation of a Biden Amnesty that is already luring immigrants back to the US before the election has even been settled.
