Earlier this month, Kelly Loeffler ran an ad for her US Senate race where she said Georgia needs a senator who knows what it’s like to live paycheck to paycheck. We agree -- but that person is certainly not Senator Loeffler. With an estimated fortune of over $800 million, Senator Kelly Loeffler is the richest person on Capitol Hill.

Loaded Kelly Loeffler uses her position as a United States Senator to wage an assault on working people by:

• Voting to eliminate protections for people with pre-existing health conditions
• Attacking reproductive and LGBTQ rights
• Selling off millions in stocks ahead of the market downturn instead of acting on COVID-19 relief
• Refusing to support extended COVID-19 relief for struggling working families while profiting off of the pandemic

You might wonder why Georgia would elect such a corrupt, out-of-touch politician -- but the truth is that they didn’t! Governor Brian Kemp appointed her to the seat in late 2019. Before she became a Senator, Loeffler was a wealthy GOP donor. Apparently, that was enough of a qualification for Governor Kemp.

Simply put, Kelly Loeffler is used to using her enormous wealth to get her way. We can’t let her use her money to buy a victory in January’s Senate runoff. Reverend Raphael Warnock grew up in public housing and has ministered to thousands of Georgians -- he is the person Georgia deserves to have representing them in the Senate.
