Benefits Road Show
Join Rev. Nate Berneking, Director of Finance & Administration, for the 2019 Benefits Roadshow about your healthcare and retirement benefits. This is a time designed for you to learn, plan, and ask questions about Wespath’s upcoming proposal to General Conference 2020. The 2020 proposal will create significant changes to the pension for both full and part-time clergy. Chris Bouchard of the MUM Foundation will discuss the benefits available to you through C2FM. If you will provide for retirement through Wespath and are serving more than ¼ time, including extension ministers, you should attend one of the six sessions. Register today for one of the different locations, dates and times available. If you are unable to attend any of these options, the Oct. 22 event at Community UMC will be livestreamed, recorded and available on the Conference website following the session. UMM Give Day
United Methodist Men is expanding its mission to enable all men and all youth to have an on-growing relationship with Jesus Christ. As they cast nets in new waters, they are retooling our skills sets to reach younger and more diverse men. As they are expanding our resources for transformational small group experiences, churches are finding a treasury of life-enriching outcomes. Additional funds are needed to develop these new resources that will expand spiritual-enrichment opportunities throughout the world. To support this effort the organization has designated October 21 as Give Day.
