Hi John,

I wanted to take a chance to introduce myself: My name is Stephan Abrams. I’m an 18-year-old gun violence prevention activist and I’ve been working with Team ENOUGH since it was first founded. Now, I’m excited to take on a new role as an Executive Council member alongside other passionate youth activists— and you have to read what we have in store for the next year.

So many incredible leaders are joining the Team ENOUGH Executive Council: I’m one of a few new faces joined by a mix of other dedicated youth activists from across the country. We’re a diverse group of survivors, students, and activists: You can learn more about our personal stories and who we are here. 

Since our inception in 2018, Team ENOUGH has been working tirelessly toward justice and our new Executive Council is ready to fight even harder for a better future for our country. I am asking you to support us in this critical work to enact life-saving legislation and enable youth across the country to fight for change. >>

Our fierce youth leaders cannot be stopped: The Team ENOUGH Lobbying Collective — which is the only national, youth-led lobbying group on gun reform — continues to push elected officials to save lives. We are gearing up to work with newly elected officials in Congress as well as in state legislatures across the country. And, John, we know that when young people speak out, legislators listen. In 2021, we’re adding a Florida statewide Lobbying Collective, ramping up our grassroots activism and engagement, and expanding our work to focus on stopping the flow of crime guns into vulnerable communities.
