Dear John,

When I ran for Congress, I promised you that I would fight to change Washington... and that Washington wouldn't change me.

This past month has been a reminder of just what we're fighting for...

Last month, I traveled to Washington as part of the orientation program for new members. What I got was a firsthand reminder of the entitlement, the egos, the swamp mentality... and why so many of us are fighting to FIX Washington!

Then, I got to compare that with my time here in Wisconsin. Hunting in the woods with my son. Keeping tradition alive with my family. Supporting local small businesses on Main Street.

We've got it right here in the real world. That's the perspective – and the fight – I'm bringing to Washington.
