Last Friday, a federal judge ruled to fully restore the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. DACA has been critical for hundreds of thousands of young people who have only known America as their home, especially in Los Angeles.

One of my top priorities for the Biden administration is ensuring the American Dream and Promise Act becomes law to guarantee a pathway to citizenship for DACA recipients and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders.
