It won’t be easy, but together we can make 2021 a year of unprecedented change.
What makes me believe we have the power to win? Because even in 2020, despite unprecedented challenges, we secured victories together. In the past few weeks, we saw the UK government pledge to scale up wind power and to phase out fossil fuel vehicles [3, 4].
These campaigns were won because hundreds of thousands of you took action. Together, you signed petitions, wrote to politicians, and raised awareness online -- and thousands more of you generously chipped in.
With your support next year, I know we can go even further still.

PS. This is one of a few emails I’m sending this December, in hope that I can find 1,032 people to support Greenpeace’s work with a monthly contribution. If we can reach that goal, it’ll mean I can give a green light to scaling up our campaigns in 2021. So if you’re able to, please chip in monthly here.
PPS. Already a monthly donor? Sometimes we have more than one email address on record, so we might need to update our files -- just reply to this email to let us know if we need to. Thank you so much for your support.
