As a young Jewish girl in Poland, Eva was bound for a death camp when her mother threw her from the train into the arms of a cousin. Eva was smuggled out of the Warsaw ghetto through the sewers and survived World War II hidden in a convent.

“It’s high time,” says Eva, “These platforms have to be taken to task, and I appreciate that ADL is on the forefront of doing that.”
Denying the Holocaust, Eva says, “is an affront to the truth. It’s an affront to my history and it’s an affront to the honoring of my family and the millions of other families whose members were decimated, murdered and tortured cruelly by the Nazis.”
Today, Eva shares her story in an effort to help document the horrors of the Holocaust. It’s a mission, she says, to hopefully reduce the odds of such hate and violence ever happening again.
