We are proud to announce that our nonpartisan affiliate People For the American Way Foundation’s board member -- and the first Tribal College Fellow of PFAW Foundation’s Young People For program -- Kevin Killer, has been elected as the President of the Oglala Sioux Tribe! Kevin joined the People For family many years ago as Young People For’s first Tribal College Fellow. He went on to run for office and become a South Dakota state representative and then a state senator. And since June 2017, he’s served on the board of our affiliate People For the American Way Foundation. We couldn’t be prouder to celebrate Kevin’s most recent success and his new leadership journey on behalf of the Oglala Sioux Nation!
