SCOTUS Hears Arguments in Hacking Law Case
The Supreme Court is once again whole with the recent confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett. In recent weeks, a majority of the Supreme Court ruled in favor of religious groups in their legal fight over New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. This case garnered much attention, especially given its COVID-19 management and political implications. A lesser known case has recently made its way to the Supreme Court. That case is Van Buren vs. United States.
