Indicted Attorney General Ken Paxton just asked the U.S. Supreme Court to change the results of this election.

This is a shameless, bare-faced attack on our democracy, and Ken Paxton is not even bothering to hide it. Even from him, it's hard to believe. Our disgraced Attorney General wants to block Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin from casting their electoral college votes -- throwing out millions and millions of legally-cast votes for the sole purpose of keeping Donald Trump in power.

This was not a close election. The American people have resoundingly rejected Donald Trump. This is simply an indicted man's last-ditch effort to gain favor with Trump -- who is dishing out presidential pardons to allies.

Our indicted Attorney General is an embarrassment to Texans and a danger to our democracy. He must be stopped. Rush $7 or whatever you can today to fight back against Paxton:
