Donald Trump’s tantrums are still being given a platform.

Just last week, the lame duck took to Fox News to deliver what the Washington Post’s Editorial Board is calling “one of the most dangerous of his presidency.”

“Mr. Trump issued claim after incoherent claim about vote rigging -- machines switched thousands of votes, dead people voted, mail-in ballots were ‘phony,’ poll watchers ‘weren’t allowed,’” the Board writes of the tirade. “Proving there is no core national institution he will not besmirch, Mr. Trump attacked the judicial system for failing to ratify his lies and suggested that the Justice Department and the FBI are in on the conspiracy.”

The Post’s Editorial Board is calling for Republicans to finally speak out against Trump’s lies -- and we at When Democrats Turn Out can’t help but agree with them. Staying silent is no longer an option.

When Democrats Turn Out is determined to help maintain the integrity of our democracy and repudiate Trump’s lies, especially when Republican senators aren’t acknowledging reality. We’re working around the clock to wash away Trump’s influence from our country -- but we’re falling short of the fundraising goals we need to hit if we want to keep our efforts going. Right now, we’re $2,861 shy of where we need to be.
