Join us, John! On December 14th -- the eight-year remembrance of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut -- we are co-sponsoring a performance of seven short plays read by Wisconsin actors as part of extensive nationwide readings. These scripts won a national competition for youth-written plays about gun violence, called #ENOUGH: Plays to End Gun Violence. Join us, along with our partners at Brady United Against Gun Violence, Loved & Lost, Mothers Against Gun Violence, and the Wisconsin Council of Churches, for a powerful evening, including a reading of the plays, a talkback by participants, and an invitation to action. The admission is free, and donations are appreciated. What: ENOUGH: Plays to End Gun Violence When: Monday, December 14th at 7:00 pm Where: Online on Zoom Please register to attend with the Wisconsin Council of Churches today. We look forward to sharing this impactful experience with you. Thank you, Heidi Program Director, WAVE Educational Fund |
